In the long run, our main focus is not solely on the athletic abilities of hundreds of young athletes; it's helping them grow into successful, resilient, adaptable young athletes who value fairness, honesty, and respect for others in sports. This focuses on the emotional, mental, and social well-being of your young player as they grow and navigate sports throughout their elementary, middle, and high school years, and hopefully for some, their college years. Creating the correct skills in young development will help them adapt to new teammates, new plays, new coaches, and maybe even new positions.
Learning to be tenacious and goal-driven for a win is healthy. Losing matches or games is character building; no one wins in life all the time. If your stacked team just wins every game all the time, what are you learning?
Stacking teams has, in cases, been proven to those who are just trying out the sport, or maybe don't have the "specific ability level" to get the other stacked teams' invite, will more than likely be affected negatively by getting blown out in many of their games. This could cause the passion for the game to be ruined for some young players.
